The key we finally were able to make works perfectly, but so many options like clicking on some of the lower priced keys, buying 3 keys for the price of 2, and using a credit card didn't work, although the machine indicated all options were available. We almost quit trying thinking the machine was broken because nothing happened despite several selections.
