  I've used the kiosk many times over the years.... Quick and quality have always been expected and delivered. Not this time. The keys just barely worked in the lock. Too tight to turn, and it takes a bit to position it correctly. Unfortunately, it's not worth it to go back and try to get the keys adjusted. This time, it's been a waste of money. I'm adding to this así received an email checking to see I was satisfied... I did call the number, not to complain, just to let them know the local kiosk didn't provide the quality it usually did. They sent me a coupon for new keys... Unexpected, and greatly appreciated. Better customer service than I've seen in a long time..

  Had three house key copies made at a cost of $8.00 (2 for $4.00 each, 1 free) in 20 minutes time. Keys were excellent quality and worked easily. Instructions for machine were easy to follow.

  Key not working as expected. Not a good service when you can't take it to someone to fix it. Good idea bad result
