The agents are friendly and helpful. The first two agents I called sent the 25% coupon, which was offered on the first call, to my gmail address and nothing happened. The third agent sent it to my Yahoo e-mail and after a delay of about 10 minutes it went through. I called back a 4th time and hypothetically asked what I would have to do if I buy a car key duplicate (which is expensive but not nearly as expensive as the dealership so it's still a great deal especially with a coupon) and it doesn't work if there some kind of refund or return policy and I was transferred to a senior agent who wasn't available so my call went straight to a machine offering a callback so I selected that. Senior agent called back shortly after that and said in the event that this happens they'd offer to re-key and send me a new one or refund it. So I'm satisfied with KeyMe and have nothing bad to say about them except that their e-mails to gmail might be an issue for you. I worked for a company where this was also an issue where people with gmail sometimes couldn't receive our e-mails.
