  It gave me the wrong key design I selected. But the key works. Looks like someone put the keys in the wrong place for the machine to select.

  Terrible due to the fact I lost my debit card and can’t get the money refunded or get the keys rekeyed, all they say is tough luck and keep my money!!! I’m not happy at all and will never go to them again and will let others know. Thanks
