  Easy to use, all keys worked. The machine did leave some burrs on the keys which were easy to remove, but a wire brush of key at completion would resolve that.

  Very easy to use. No need to take the key off the key ring. I was surprised at the results as all keys worked well. I wasn't too sure about using a machine, I had always had keys made by a person.

  Very rude people I called to make a copy of my key the person was soo unprofessional and he hang up in my face 3 times very bad customer service I don’t recommend at all this place to anyone
