  I paid close to one thousand to have service done for our childcare business, which is an extremely sensitive matter. We had many problems during the process, where the security door lock wouldn't work and he had to "reorder, because it was a bad batch". Once we finally got the lock, we continued to have problems, then it wouldn't let us change code. He stated he would come out to fix it, I waited for 3 months (calling, etc.) and when I finally got in touch with him (3 months later) he stated he would have to charge me $95. This is so disappointing, as he was referred by a business partner and has displayed poor, insensitive service. I was initially going to give my business to someone else, but decided to go with him because he's a small business, like myself. this was a big mistake
