What a waste of money and time. I had six building keys made and none of them worked. It was a combination of the machine using the wrong blank and the cutter on the machine could not accurately duplicate the original, it appeared to be dull. I came home and spent over an hour filing the new keys and was finally able to get two of the locks to operate. The third new key was the wrong blank and never worked in the lock. I also asked for an e-mail receipt, which was never received, for the three different purchases. Do not waste your time having keys made by the Minute Key machine. The next time in Wal Mart I plan to talk to the store manager and make a formal complaint against the company. I believe that the machine should be removed as it is a disservice to Wal Mart customers.
