A local hardware store was short on employees, and could not serve me in getting keys made in a timely manner. I left and when to my local Lowe's, and used this machine. Worked great, and the kids enjoyed seeing the machine work. I did not have to wait around for someone to help me

I use Minute Key because the keys are consistently accurately made and simply work. I like the assurance that the keys I make will work in the lock. My frustration is that their advertising states "Keys in a minute", but that simply is not true. When I walked up to the machine, there was someone else already there and it took them 5 minutes to complete their transaction. I was frustrated and decided to time my transaction. Even though I am an experienced user, it took me two minutes to make my selection, pay with a credit card, and type in an email address for my receipt. It doesn't start copying the keys until this is completed, which I don't understand. It should begin copying as soon as it receives my payment. Once it starts copying keys, it takes just over one minute per key. The total length of my transaction was 4 minutes and 15 seconds, so that is a more realistic time expectation.

The keys are very rough and aren't working the right way. Have to jiggle them in order for them to work. I'd like to know what I should do to fix them?
