  The keys didn't work but the refund process was fairly painless once I got someone on the phone. I ended up just going to a locksmith which I probably should have done in the first place as they were closer. Key cost was about the same but Minute Key did offer buy 2 get one free so if you are getting three keys it might be a good solution for you.

  I called the service # and to date no response to the key I bought and how to get a refund. The home shopping Company said call the #, I did - NADA, ZIP, ZERO, NOTHING
