  The battery in my Samsung Gallery 8 phone was dying pretty quickly every day. Rather than spend LOTS of money on a new phone, I made an appointment with Batteries Plus Bulbs. The appointment went great. They had the battery in stock when I showed up. It took only a short time to replace the battery. I was concerned I might lose something on my phone when the battery was replaced, but everything was still there. My phone is now operating faster and my charge is lasting much longer.

  Very knowledgeable and honest. Gave me a few options and did the repair very quickly. Liked the kid that worked on it so much I bought some batteries and a flashlight. Definitely going back to this store.

  I have a Galaxy S10+ with a cracked screen. After calling around i found that the replacement at Batteries Plus also came with a new battery. Even though it was more expensive i was getting a new battery out of the deal and since my phone wasn't that old, I would have a good spare battery. Well upon picking up my phone (its a good job btw) I ask about my old battery. "We shipped it back" I was told. I said that was a perfectly good battery. "Well you got a new battery" he said. Right but the only reason i paid more to come here was so I would have a good spare battery, I said. "ok hang on"... he walks in the back... comes back out with a used battery and puts it on the counter. Keep in mind i was just told my battery had been shipped out.... I have no idea or anyway to tell if this is my old battery and he wasn't being truthful about shipping it back or mine is gone and this come from the scrap pile .... One way or the other, the trust is totally gone and i will go elsewhere if I need another phone serviced.

  Joseph, We apologize for any miscommunication. As you noted, the replacement screen is installed as a kit with a brand new battery - please note that these components are adhered within the device and require training/extreme care to remove and replace. The existing battery was set aside for proper recycling. Upon your request, our team examined our recycling logs and was able to locate the battery. We are sorry for any confusion.
