  All keys worked, quick and easy. Some edges were sharp, nothing a quick pass of the wire wheel wouldn't fix. Key style was limited but what I got worked fine.

  I made duplicate copies of several different door keys. It was confusing as they offered more keys if you bought 2. Well...it meant 2 more of the same key. I needed to make copies of more than one key. Ended up with 6 copies of the same key. This needs to be clarified somewhere on the machine. I only clicked the "save my info" on the last key that I copied as I didn't realize that you would save my information to give me special deals. Just one customer's experience. Beth Ann McKean
