  I was intending to have keys cut by a store associate, because in the past, I had kiosk keys from another store not work. Because this kiosk is the only option offered by Menards, I used it, but skeptically. The process was very easy, even for multiple, different keys. Good variety of key types and designs. I had six made and all worked without a hitch. Very pleased, will use again.

  I don't understand. Are you talking about the place I went to get my key made at? If so, I went to Menards and they had your key making machine in their store.
