  The 1st time I duplicated keys at this kiosk, the copies worked but the 3 free keys did not. The 2nd time, none of the 6 copies or the 3 free keys worked. I used an original to make the copies.

  I made 4 total copies of 2 house keys. Only 3 of the copies worked correctly. I had to file one key to make it fit properly. Not the best service.

  The process was very simple and straight forward. But I had to refinish the copy key in order for it to work.
