  I walked around for half hour 45 minutes looking for employees waving at the camera jumping up and down couldn't get anybody's attention to help me use the kiosk. I was actually to the point where I was going to start stacking their ladders up and tried climbing to the top of a three-story ladder whatever thing because I know that would have gotten their attention. Absolutely garbage customer service I'll never go back.

  The kiosk couldn't be more simple to use! My key took like 3 minutes to be cut. It took me longer to choose which key I wanted lol
