  I'm no star scrooge, but if my own genuine rating of my most recent experience is being sought, then I will say, honestly, that it's about at a three-star rating. Here's why: (1) My first attempt at a recent move to make some keys led me to Walmart - as do the others, though each of the three was a different Walmart in the Inland Empire. After I already had gone through the whole initial phase of the process, I went to pay and found that the card reader was not functioning for any of the three cards I tried to use - and, truth be told, making keys was the only reason I stopped! (2) Either later that day of sometime the next day, I went to a *different* Wal-Mart and initially all was coming along as I expected. The first key was even cut, during which time I took advantage of the reduced-price add-on for a bronze key, which was also cut quickly right after the previous key. 'Great!' I thought; "only two more keys to go." No sooner had the key rattled into the drop cup than did the words, "We apologize, but this kiosk is not working right now. The company has need notified." Hmm... 'and so that's the kind of key-making it's gonna be, is it"? And it did not come back to working status while I was there. (3) The third time went off without issue: my keys were replicated and I was on my way. I love the concept, of course, and when it works, but when I travel to a Walmart just to replicate a key and I'm locked out, it's like a double-whammy: one to pure function, of course, but then another to that part deep inside that still wanted to believe... 🤷🏻‍♂️

  Being able to get keys made right away was very helpful. I wish I had a few more choices for the home keys as I have a male in the home and they are not crazy about the pretty colors or the cat.

  Key didnt work the first time second time it just took my money and said error couldnt copy key.
