I was glad to encounter one of these machines recently, as I had been forgetting to get copies of a key made and this was immediately available. I understood it would be a tad more expensive, but the convenience made the extra few bucks worth it for me. Unfortunately, two of the copies I got were not the type of key I had selected from the menu and been charged a slightly higher price for. The keys work just fine, however. So I’m not too upset. But I will likely just go to the hardware store from now on.

Key was made in a few minutes and and seemed to be of good quality. However, I wish the machine were set up to offer a discount up front at the beginning for 2 or more keys, rather than a discount for 3 keys first, and then, a discount for two at the last moment just before payment. That seems like a cheap sale tactic.
