Easy to use and bought 2 brass keys and got the third for free. All of them worked. No waiting in line or trying to find someone to help. Would highly recommend! Very quick and easy way to get keys!

I was uncertain about using the minute key machine to make a copy of my key cause I've had so many keys made in the past from true value stores and Walmart that didn't work, and had to bring them back and have them make me a new one, and then hope that it works. Well to my surprise that key unlocked and locked the door with absolutely no problem.
