  Their keys are expensive and some didn't work at all. Minute Key did however give me a refund for the keys that didn't work. It was quick and the "machine" is self service, so that was a plus.

  Had 3 of the same key made and all 3 were not correct. The machine left a tip that didn't belong.

  Made three keys originally needed two but the third was free. Only one key was made perfectly no problem. Second and third key Was a problem. It will turn the lock but it will stick. You had to force it to lock and unlock where as the first key would easily lock and unlock so it’s only good for making one key. So in my case it was only good for making one key. Not sure how to return the other two
