  The kiosk was easy to understand and use. Unfortunately the key didn't end up working (mostly my fault, didn't know store keys were different from house keys) but they refunded my money quickly and without a hassle.

  This was my first time with duplicating keys and it was super easy. Just put in your original key and the kiosk will tell you whether it is possible to get copies of that. And then you select whatever choices you want to go with. And they give 1 copy free with 2 copies made. Great experience
