The key kiosk is user friendly, however I had 2 of the 5 keys I made get stuck in the machine. The other 3 keys I made don't work at all.

I was very disappointed to have tried twice with two different, functioning house keys to get a copy. Both copies failed to work in either of the locks on the front door. I have requested a refund from both purchases, and hopefully it will be cared for quickly.

I used the kiosk at Lowe's. I needed to make a copy of key for new house fast since the realtor needed one to let in the maintenance guy (we won't be living there for a couple of months). I bought two (i wanted colors but they only offered me ONE key blank and it was brass. Boo hoo, first world problem!). I bought two and they gave me a third free. I went directly to house and tried them all in the door. Two were flawless, one grated a little and it was rough but it did work (I didn't need three so it worked out). I have used Minute Key for years and love that I don't have to track down the 90 yr old guy that seems to work at every home improvement store key machine in town. Ha. Also this time new, the machine stored a digital copy of key so if i ever lose all of them (unlikely but hey....) i can get another copy from the machine! That's handy for people who lose things. Highly Recommend this Kiosk!
