  I had 2 simple door keys copied and none of the keys worked, now I have to go through the hassle of trying to get a refund online or by phone.

  I've used Minute Key several times. This was the first time paying with cash. This is the best way to get a key copied! They are always great and the selection of keys is fabulous! I got a home key - Hello Kitty Key to give to my daughter!

  I called Minute Key to see about getting an extra key made for my car. The woman on the phone informed me that they don't offer service in the St. Augustine area any longer and promptly hung up the phone. Very unprofessional. I won't be calling them again.
