  Hire these guys! My key wouldn’t go in my front door. Called Carolina Lock and Access and was given a quick estimate over the phone, very reasonable.   Burke is AWESOME! He is very quick to respond and does great work. Friendly and reliable. Talked with me for 4mins at 9pm to give me advise on an issue. I wish there were more Burkes in the world. I definitely found my "Key Guy" now. Pun intended.

  My husband and I recently had a great experience with Carolina Lock and Access Control. In a day and age when customer service is sub par, this company excelled with great service. After years of wear and tear, our back sliding glass door popped off. After calling a couple locksmiths, we learned this is not a common thing they fix. We contacted Mike, and he was more than willing to come by and give a diagnosis. Mike is professional, prompt, great with communication, and great with working around our schedules. He was able to find the right parts to install and re-key the door at a fast and very reasonable rate. I have him locked in my phone for future issues, and highly recommend his services!
