  Called because my daughter locked her keys in her car, at 6 in the morning, they said that they would send a technician and to wait for his call. Forty five minutes later, still hadnt heard from the technician, called back and the phone rep says the technician claimed he called 5 times...which he did not, said he would make sure he was on his way and he would have him call immediately. Twenty minutes after that...still hadnt heard from the technician. Called them back..guaranteed the technician would call...never heard from the technician. Never came by. I dont know how this place is still running with this level of professionalism.

  Lazy! No one came. Waited an hour called three times. Kept getting told the tech was trying to call us but never received a phone call on either of the phone numbers we provided.
