A really good local hardware store. One of those places that has almost anything you want without having to go to one of those big box stores. Employees are very helpful.

Always (or sometimes) a great place to get the quick parts. Used online purchasing with app and everything was supposed to be available in the store for pickup,  but when I went to pick the items up, the main item all of a sudden was not available.  Also, I missed that one of the other items I ordered was not correct. Very disappointed with that experience.  I will leave my rating the same assuming this was an isolated experience.

Customer Service is Top Notch. I circled the store a few times looking for several different items and ultimately asked for help to find a few. (Everything is labled great and pretty easy to find, I was just seeking  oddly specific items). So glad that I did. It saved me a ton of time and the staff was really friendly and named the isle of the top of her head! I left a star off because, although I appriciate the selection, bagging the hardware and labeling each piece with the Item No., qty, and price per each, was time consuming and bit more difficult than expected. Overall - great experience. Kudos to the knowledgeable and very friendly staff. Would recommend for sure!

Update: Added a star because of the quick reaponse of Ace to my review. Also, because the hardware picking process meets small town expectations with above average selection. Thank you!
