It took quite a bit longer than a minute. The machine hung up at the payment stage, and we had to cancel and start from the beginning. The keys had some sharp edges, but they seem to work okay.

I used the Kiosk and my keys were cut correctly! I only wish it had option to make different keys so I would have had to pay only once but overall I would use it again if I had to and only if I needed one key made so I can pay once!

Hands down the absolute worst service I’ve ever received. Was initially told the wait would be 45 mins (during a snowy day). The tech never showed, I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone I cared about.
