  It was fairly easy. I followed the on-screen instructions and received my new keys. However, when I got home none of the keys worked. I sent a message on the 23d and haven’t received a response. Maybe there has been no response because of the Holidays. I’ll update this feedback if I receive a response.

  Its convenient but none of the keys work going back to figure put if we can get remade or money back or have to go some where else.

  The worst ever! I made 3 keys. Two of the 3 that were to work on two different locks only worked on one lock and at that I had trouble with them and the third got stuck in the lock. I had to replace the lock all together.
