  2 of 3 sets of keys didn’t work in my locks but customer service quickly refunded my purchase. I have used minute key over 10 times and this is the first time I have had an issue. Thanks to their outstanding customer service, I will use them again with confidence.

  Used kiosk at lowes of course no employees were around to use stores machine, so I used Minute Keys machine. Process was a minute, key was perfect overall good experience. Didnt care for the extra promots when finalizing key which is kinda annoying.

  It made keys. I wanted to make a whole set, but I didn't see an option to make different keys w/out having to scan my CC and start all over. Ended up going somewhere else.
