  I waited before making this review to make sure the keys worked and they did. Using the Minute key was quick and very easy. I made 8 keys in less than 10 minutes which is way faster than waiting for a sales person. The only drawback is that it does cut out a job for someone. :(

  the machine was easy to access and use but the keys did not fit my lock. Lowes refunded my money and helped me to get new keys made.
