I used this kiosk for the first time on 8/11/21 and was extremely disappointed. It was very user unfriendly and a poor experience. In addition and to make matters worse the key did not work. And, as a final disappointment I could to the the Loews where the kiosk is located !

You guys should let the world know not only are yaw discriminative, but yaw have no type of professionalism at all. You hang up on customers I don’t even know how yaw are still in business The BBB WILL BE CONTACTING YOU SOON
