  Duplicating house keys worked fine. But duplicating room keys failed due to unavailable keys or option or type, don't remember the exact error message. I went to two Walmart (Princeton and McKinney) on two different days, still had the same problem of duplicating room keys. Anyway, no big deal, just some improvement should be made so next customers will not have to deal with it.

  This is such a convenient way to make copies of keys in a matter of minutes! Lots of cute designs to chose from also, great bargain for the service!!

  The person who answered the phone was so rude. He answered "what do you need" and when I told him he said "we don't do that" and hung up! If their service is anything like this guy I absolutely would not use this company. RUDE!!!
