Had to return to 3 keys made that didn't work. Returned second time, made 3 more keys and guess what... they didn't fit also & when trying key it Broke off in lock. Now have locksmith coming to remove broken key. Cost of locksmith, gas used, my time running around to correct their error! Told by company I will need to send pictures of the key in lock, broken key & copy of locksmith receipt. They will submitted to Higher Up department AND I will be informed if I get my money back! Let's get real, they are responsible for their machines! Will make sure I receive my refund for all this incompetent company!
