  I made six keys for our new door locks. One key does not work. I reached out to customer service and am still waiting for a reply a few days later.

  I was very annoyed that I did not receive a paper receipt for the two keys that I made. I do not have a printer in my condo as I am a snowbird. Why was this was this allowed? Not everyone has a computer. I do but do not bring it to Florida.
