  I needed a couple of keys for our warehouse. I'd had good experiences before, since I'd done this twice previously. This time, there were actually two (2) key machines, side-by-side, at Lowe's instead of just the one (so this must be popular, right?). Everything went well, but I'd had digital copy saved from my previous visit. Unfortunately, I couldn't access it at the key kiosk and it wanted me to do something with an app on my phone. I don't have the app on my phone and don't want it. It would be helpful if there would be some other way to identify ourselves at the kiosk and this would have saved a couple of minutes in production time. Other than this, we're happy with the experience. PS--I do not like your brass key design with your logo cut out of it. I understand why you guys do this (branding), but it would be nice just to have a plain brass key and maybe even a way of ENGRAVING the key with initials or a code right at the kiosk. That would be worth paying extra for. Thank you, Bill

  It was simple to make my own keys. I love the digital key option so I know that I will never worry about losing these “must have” keys.
