  First off, the Kiosk is a great innovation, however, not all Kiosks has the digital key function which almost cost me my flight. Second, franchise's in which these devices are located, the staff has no clue of how to give assistance to troubleshoot because Minute Key never gives them a tutorial. My last issue was locations. The online listings for locations is incorrect. I went to two places that didn't even have the device. Go figure. After expressing my frustrations, the fact is, that I was able to eventually locate a Kiosk to digitally replicate a key to get into my house and for that, I am happy.

  Minute Key was so fast and accurate. Getting copies of my house keys was a breeze, and I love all the designs to choose from! Most importantly, the copies were accurate and worked perfectly on my locks.
