  The machine in WalMart was a bit hard for me to figure out, but eventually did. After the first key, the machine asked if I wanted a second key. I did want a second key made so I said "yes" - the machine then made a duplicate of my first key but I wanted a different second key made. Since it was only $2 I thought "what the heck". I think your instructions should have been more clear that it was a duplicate of 1 key you were offering, not a "second" key. Tried both keys in the lock and they both worked perfectly. Thanks
