Within a few hours Robert had two keys made and mailed to us! While he was in the area he stopped at the Museum and got the bottom drawer of the fire proof safe opened. It was rusted shut! Great and fast service! Highly recommend this company.

We called this guy up because we lost our vehicle’s key. He tried charging us 310 dollars for 2 copies of the key. He also wanted to send a technician out to our home to program the key. I called the dealership and the notified me the car doesn’t need to be programmed nor a technician needs to come out that it is a basic key. The dealership told me if I could come there they could give me two copies of the key for 75 dollars. This guy tried getting over on us and charging us for multiple things that weren’t necessary I highly recommended against using this company.

I apologize for your negative experience. Nearly all vehicles made after 2008 have chipped keys and we wrongly assumed your 2012 would be the same. We also provide estimates over the phone, not invoices and once we got into your vehicle, we would have discovered the error, and charged you accordingly.  We are working to make sure mistakes like this are not made in the future. Thank you!

They provided excellent costumer service! They were flexible with my schedule and drove out to my place. I had a two new keys made and programmed and a door lock code in less than a half hour. This place was recommended to me by several local businesses and I would also recommend it to anyone in need of these kinds of services.

Great, he was able to show me how he could save me a ton on my lost car key remake. But then my wife had them so I was saved. Will call him again if I need lock smithing.

Bought a used car, brought in a new fob. Took the time to try and make it work. It took about a half hour to get the new fob to cooperate. But he got! Stuck to his quote. Definitely recommend.

Lockmans saved our vacation! I managed to break the key to a shed with water gear. Russ got us all squared away in no time.

And of course the resolution is important because one would expect a locksmith to open things.

What I want to highlight is the excellent level of service and care. Originally Russ and his son tried to recreate the key (a key that was not only broken but twisted). It was a puzzle of all puzzles and they took much time and effort, never complaining, very warm. I'm not from the area but felt very much at home. When everything was said and done I was not only ecstatic but overwhelmed at the level of care and concern. How Russ went above and beyond to help my family and I.

Very knowledgeable. Outstanding service. We had several locks changed and Karen took the time to explain what configurations and materials were available. We love our new solutions for security.
