  Cut Keys were right & worked on first go. The machine is nice & simple to use. If there was a choice to do more than 4 same keys on one setting, it would be great. But overall NICE & loved it..

  Please note that all of these 5 star reviews are for their kiosks. They do NOT mention their locksmith services. There was no communication and I had to reach out constantly to get updates. Waited over two hours when I was told they would be here in half an hour. I ended up calling another service. Hopefully I never make the mistake of locking myself out again but if I do, I will avoid this company.

  The key didn't work and would not even fit into the lock mechanism. The company was very responsive to my issue and I would recommend their kiosk for keys you need.
