It's really fast and easy to get a copy of your key made in this machine. Beware that they do try to upsell you on five different things while waiting on the key. Much better than waiting around for a person to make your key. I would use this again.

The keys worked fine, however they did not send receipt as requested via email. I needed the receipt, so I could turn in on expense report. With no receipt I had to pay out of pocket.
