  First time ever using this machine and I have to say I was quite impressed with the ease and use of the system. All three keys work perfect. Not like the old days of getting keys made some work and some didn’t. I will definitely use this again. Highly recommend!!

  Needed about 10 keys made. Instead of having to wait 10 minutes for a sakes assistant to stop and help me, I decided to use the Minute Key Kiosk. This was my first time using it so I was a little hesitant, but it worked like a charm. Insert key, choose the style of key you want, and viola. I checked the keys and they all worked. I will certainly use Minute Key again when the need arises.

  I needed copies of my house key - a standard Schlage key. Paid for 2 copies and received one "free" at a kiosk in my local Lowe's store. Got home, and none of the copies worked on any of my doors. If the can't properly copy one of the most common key/lock brands, then there's a serious problem. They did refund my purchase price with no questions asked, though.
