  They were able to pick the lock of an old trunk that had been closed for generations. Very reasonable rates, friendly guys.

  Shop is short staffed and works limited hours , the see person by appointment only , lot of hassle if you are in a lock emergency!

  No one ever answers the phone. No answering service. Come to find out hours are 9am to 1pm. How convenient. Dropped by to have special key made. Custom order. They said three days. "We will call you". After 2 weeks, I called to follow up. No record of order! "We will look into it and call you back". No return call after 5 days. Do not bother here. Completely unprofessional and unreliable.
