  Had a great experience! I made 4 keys, all different patterns. My mother in law loved the dog key - my wife loved the key that also planted a tree, I got the key with the galaxy. Normally I don’t like up-selling but it was a nice touch to offer an additional key for 1$ and an additional donation to plant another tree while waiting. All four keys worked perfectly on the 1st try! Perfectly carved and easy to use. Would use this service again for my next key making needs

  Actual key cutting went fine but when prompted to “enter a six digit number posted on the machine, there was no number. Associate also could not find it.
