  Mike is my hero! I came home to my elderly father locked in the bathroom, the door knob was broken. I called and Mike was out in less than 15 minutes, got dad unstuck and replaced the broken door knob. I'd give Active Lock and Key 10 stars if I could.

  Received prompt and excellent service today from Active Lock and Key. We bought a new lock for our front door from a hardware store, but we were not able to install it ourselves.We called this morning, and someone was able to come out within an hour of our call. Dennis very professionally installed the new lock, and keyed it to our old keys.The price was reasonable (same as the one quoted by Dale.). We'd definitely use this company again for any other problems with locks or keys.
