  I called to try to make an appointment. The guy on the phone said that they do mobile services only. OK. So, I started to ask how much they charge for their 'mobile service' and the guy hung up on me. I'll go elsewhere, but if this is how they operate, I don't want them anyway.

  I have seeing this machine for awhile and thought why not. Replaced two outdoor locks, so this was an opportunity to try it out. The touchscreen and the instructions were easy to use. I was making two copies per key, plus opted for the free brass key (when you buy two). The process was slightly faster than getting a key made by hand, because the machine knows exactly which key blank to choose. I did find watching the process through the window interesting. Will use this again.
