All keys worked smoothly.. bought 4, and very nice prints to choose from..I like that I didn't have to wait for a person to come help me, the machine was ready for me and it was quick. Reasonable priced as well .

I bought the "lite" key and was surprised at how light it was. The whole process was pretty quick too. It was done in a minute as stated. Was not surprised, or too pleased, that the "lite" key was so easily bent. It would be nice to find a light AND strong metal to make the lite keys. All in all pleased and understanding.
