  The keys that they made didn't work with my mailbox. I think that it was made too short..... I am not sure why. It is located in a convenient location, good price, and it is easy to order... but I believe that you should not use this type of service for small thin key like mailbox keys. HOWEVER, I have changed my review from 1 star to 5 stars because they contacted me after reviewing my comment here and gave me a refund. I am very pleased with their excellent customer service.

  I love this machine but, I tried 2 close by and neither would allow use of card. I went and got cash with same card and second one worked so I think it was network problem. Great machines though. I do have to say , all 4 keys were rough and sharp as though they needed longer buffing cycle.
