Great company. I was in town for an event and my fob malfunctioned. My spare was back home and I was in a bind. I called around and they had the best prices. They were able to get me set with a replacement in a pretty reasonable time and fairly priced. Friendly staff and great service. Definitely would recommend.

Great customer service, reasonable prices, and super friendly staff. Came highly recommended by my local hardware for a replacement 2014 Ford Edge key/fob and it was hands down a solid recommendation. The staff went above and beyond on customer service. Would definitely come back and recommend.

Upping this photo so the owner can see they were wrong and that for future reference, if you are converting to a flip key you must cut the difference in this clearance from the key length. She is NO expert. As evidenced by being uninformed of this.

That is a photo of your original key, not the flip key you wanted cut. I'll cut your flip key for free if you bring it in. This is the second one star review you have posted and I have not done business with you. I did not want to take your money when I firmly believe that the key you bought online will not work. That is good business. If I took your money, knowing that your product would not work for you, that would be bad business. And yet you have left me not one, but two one star reviews - all because I didn't want to waste YOUR money. Key Harbor is AMAZING! I'm in town visiting a friend and lost my key! I was so stressed out but Lizz immediately put me at ease. The prices there are extremely reasonable and I had my new key the same day. I highly recommend to all of my Raleigh friends.
