  It duplicated the first key I put in and did not print out the second key I placed in the slot. I did not put in for two keys on the first. It finished my first one I submitted my second key but it printed out my first key. I wish someone could explain to me why this happened I was very disappointed when I got home and the second key would not open my door on the side of my garage! He said it open the front door of my house. Very upset! I know how to use the system I used it before.

  I only needed one key but it said I would get an additional key free. You charged me for 2 keys and I ended up with 3 keys ☹️
