Would not recommend for locksmith work, felt unsafe and taken advantage of. Was quoted 29$-200$ for being locked out of the house. Once a tech finally arrived he attempted to charge us 285$ and a 30$ service fee after unlocking the door within 30 sec. I told him I couldn’t afford that and was told something completely different before agreeing to the service. He was paid 200$ cash and had to ask for a receipt. I spoke with customer service and was given no answers as to why he was trying to charge us over 300$. They said their techs are not out sourced yet this worker acted surprised when I questioned the price, showing they charge whatever they think someone will pay. Extremely disappointed and unprofessional driving in a unmarked car with girlfriend in passenger seat. Was told by management maybe I should have called when he was there and they simply didn’t care. I wasn’t about to argue with a man who just broke into my door while I was alone.
