Made 4 copies of house key at a Walmart kiosk. Unfortunately the machine did not copy them exactly, so they did not work. Customer service rep Liz, courteously and promptly refunded our charge the next day. A refreshing experience in these days of customer service and communications. Made copies of keys in the past using their machine. Probably will use them again.

I was unable to utilize the app. Possibly because Home Depot asked for my phone number instead of my email address? Perhaps you are not training your associates how to gather information necessary to use your product?
