  Fourth time using a minute key kiosk and the fourth time the key didn't work. Their kiosks are not even close to reliable. I should've learned my lesson from the three other times they failed to cut a correct key.

  The key made didn’t fit the lock. I had to get a refund from Lowe’s and have their key maker make another one

  Me and my husband paid 6 dollars to have a door key made that had hello kitty on it and when we got home the key did not fit took it back to the lowes we got it made at and they was nothing they would do so I will not let anyone of my friends and family to have a key made there I'd advise them to go somewhere else
